**Responsibilities**:1.Manage the operation of customer service on company platform, develop and execute operational strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.2.Utilize user interactions and feedback data to identify customer needs and target audiences for personalized support.3.Responsible for daily maintenance and problem-solving on company platform, ensuring prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries.4.Create and edit content for posts, and prepare materials for promotional purposes.5.Collaborate with the team in executing company activities to collectively achieve customer service and engagement objectives.**Job Requirements**1.Six working days.2.At least 1 year working experience in customer service, social media management, or a similar role.3.Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.4.Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing.5.Familiarity with data analytics and the ability to leverage user interactions for improved customer service strategies.**Employee Compensation and Welfare**1.Base salary plus commissions and additional bonuses.2.EPF, SOCSO, EIS coverage provided.3.Annual leave, sick leave, and statutory public holidays.4.Free access to learning resources for stock investment expertise and practical skills.5.Free usage of cutting-edge intelligent stock analysis software.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)Application Deadline: 03/14/2024
