Customer Service Executive - Air / Sea

Job Description Requirements : Preferably candidiates with minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Studies/Admin/Management/Shipping or its equivalent.
Familiarity of shipping documentations would be an added advantage.
Good communication skills, pleasant personality, market oriented and able to interact effectively with people at all level.
Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment.

Responsibilities :
To coordinate shipment planning, documentation, data entry & billing.
To manage and maintain excellent customer relationship by providing prompt support to all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
To communicate with customers, suppliers and overseas agents.
