So what will you be doing?
- Handle incoming and outgoing inquiry calls.
- Follow up with customer inquiry.
- Data entry and administrative task.
- Replying to client queries through email and social media
- Training will be provided :-)
We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you,
- Have basic knowledge on how to use outlook, google sheets and excel.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Able to do data entry.
- Most importantly customer service oriented.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin (As you need to communicate with customers who are only able to speak in Mandarin)
