Customer Service Executive

Well established Logistic Leader in Malaysia located at Johor Bahru, looking for Customers Service Executive to handle client’s relationship and warehousing matters.

As a Customer Service Executive, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service / warehousing.
- Candidates with experience in Logistic Industry would be added advantage.
- Diploma or above in any relevant field.

Your new role:

- Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operation by initiating coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personal policies and procedures.
- Handles Customer’s complaint and ensure recovery action is taken promptly and appropriately
- Assist in planning & coordination activities related to warehouse deliveries, shipping, import/export & logistic activities.
- Liaise with clients, supplier and transporter on operation coordination.
