**Job and Key Responsibilities**:Provide good customer service promptly.Responsible to handle all customers inquiries and feedbacks in a quality manner.Coordinate with the team to ensure timely meeting the customer requirements.Maintain accurate system data and records.Handle daily and ad hoc assignments as required according to the SOP procedures.Assisting with marketing events.Perform ad hoc projects assigned by Manager and Team Lead.From time to time, ad hoc customers' sites visit for implementation with set up tasks and administration.**Qualifications**:Certificate or Diploma in the relevant field of study or equivalent level qualifications.Preferably 1-2 years of customer-related experience.Experience in cloud solutions platform is highly preferred. On the job training would be provided.Able to speak Cantonese or Mandarin would be an added advantage.Good communication, highly adaptable and willingness to learn.Responsible, committed and have a positive work attitude as a good team player.Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel.Maintain good relationship with all team members, customers and stakeholders.May require to be scheduled to be on standby and respond within stipulated timeframe when there areany ad hoc assignments and projects.Work Schedule: 5 1/2-day working per week, Mon - Fri, (9:00am - 6:00pm) and alternate Sat (9am-1pm) (1 hour lunch break included).Having own transportation will be an added advantageSalary package is commensurate with working experience and performance.Our company is a certified and award-winning mobile app solution that digitalises the entire process of an employee's attendance that is loved by many companies.
