Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION? Customer Service Executive will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be responsible to perform excellent front line customer service functions, includes handling walk-in customers, inbound calls and emails of enquiries or complaints from customers. The Customer Service Executive will collaborate and assist with other departments as needed.
SCOPE OF WORK
To ensure all enquiries or complaints either inbound, outbound, emails, Facebook and walk in enquires are attended to at the specified time frames.
To receive registration form submissions and complete document reviews (AJ, Merchant application & Marketing material related)
Providing up to date information on all products and promotions
Appropriately identify enquiries that require escalation and execute escalation processes
To advise in regards to (MSS Offline and Online, AJ and merchant) related enquiries
To provide RPQ and RP pin collection
Recording details of all inquiries, complaints and details of action taken
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Managing Post laju deliveries (sending and receiving goods)
To perform any other duties as assigned by your immediate superior or the management of the company to you from time to time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree?in any field.
No work experience required.
Preferably specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Plesant personality with excellent people skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandrin is an added advantage due to clientel)
