Customer Service Executive (Jb)

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Analyze customer inquiries and customer behavior.- To provide first call resolution in an effective and timely manner.- To provide a high level of customer service experience when attending to customer's request, inquires and complaints within the turnaround time.- To perform investigation as well as define the root cause and validity of the complaint.**Requirements**:- Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service.- A self-motivated person- Professional appearance and good working attitude, outspoken person- Able to work both independently and in a team- Willing to work beyond normal working hours (if required)- High level of interpersonal skills in building and managing networks and relationships, internally and externally.- **Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Added Advantage)****Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Availability to start work?- Expected salary?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
