Details of the offer

JOB SCOPE:handling requests relating to travel arrangements.- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients'partners.- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their travel-related inquiries,booking/reservations, flights tickets, refunds, cancellations, payment issues,etc.- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurateinformation.- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA**REQUIREMENTS**:- Excellent English & Mandarin/Cantonese communication (verbal & written)skills.- Diploma and above or equivalent.- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre environment.- An open and Willing to learn mind set Fresh graduates are highly encouragedto apply.- Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.- Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently.- Fast learner with Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.BENEFITS:- Entitlement of various leaves such as Annual Leave, Compassionate Leave,Paternity Leave, Maternity Leave, Marriage Leave and etc.- Medical Coverage- Dental Coverage- Monthly and Quarterly Perfect Attendance- Allowances Performance Incentives- Night Shift Allowances (Based on business)OFFICE HOURS:- Rotational shifts (Monday-Sunday)- 9 hours working a day (inclusive 1 hour a break)- 5 working days + 2 days off (depending on shifts)JOB TYPE: Permanent**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
