Requirements:1) Vacancy: Customer Service Specialist 2) Working Country: Philippines, Manila.
3) Hiring Age: 19-35
4) Education Level: At least secondary school or above
5) Required Language Proficiency: Spoken/Written in Chinese/Mandarin.
6) Working Experience: Not needed, training will be provided.
7) Skills needed: Basic computer operation. Responsibilities:1) Provide support and solution to customer via live chat channel.
2) Attend customer inquiry by providing correct information about products and services, termination or obtain details of complaints.
3) Practice and responsible for handling customer financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, and checking.
4) Duties also may include know the ins and outs of the teller systems and policies; answering phones, filing deposit slips and paperwork, managing balancing numbers at the end of the day.
Benefits:1) Probation Salary: RM5000/month for probation period of 3 months.
2) Confirmed Hired Salary: RM5000-KPI bonus = RM7500-RM6000/month
3) Year-end Service Bonuses: RM600/month (12months-3months probation= 9months-RM600= RM5400 Bonus)

5) Birthday gifts/money, 15days Paid Leave Vacation, Festival gifts/money, etc etc.
6) 12months - 3months (Probation) contract.
