ATM Trading (M) Sdn Bhd is leading supplier for copiers, having been in operations for more than 25 years is seeking an **a Customer Service ** to focus on new business development and the expansion of client relationship. We are an authorized dealer for photocopiers, consumables and spare parts, providing copier rental, sales and services for brand new photocopier. Besides that, providing maintenance and repair refurbished photocopier machines.A **Customer Service cum Digital Marketer** is responsible for looking into the online marketing strategies for the organization and handling customers issue. They plan and execute marketing campaigns, and maintain and supply content for the organization's website and attend to customers inquiries.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage of incoming calls- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies**REQUIREMENTS**- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required;- Preferably Executive specialized in Marketing/Business development;- Able to join immediately!- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative and marketing- Must Have Own Transport**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
