Customer Service Manager (Transportation/Logistic)

**Responsibilities**:- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers- Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources- Leads the Customer Service team and being responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, transportation, shipping arrangement- Develop rapport with customers by ensuring customers' satisfaction through trouble shooting issues with professionalism- Handled customers' new inquiries, complaints, billing and payment extension/service requests- Monitored the daily shipping activities and communicated effectively with Customer Service team members to maintain clearly defined expectations.- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- Degree holder in business management or equivalent qualification- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Mature, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure- Strong problem solving skill and experience in handling complex customer's issues**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- customer service manager: 3 years (preferred)- Logistics: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Pasir Gudang (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
