1. Greet customer warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling2. Process and coordinate sales orders (Invoice/Delivery Order) for Klang Valley4. Picking list report (Klang Valley/Outstation) to Tiong Nam warehouse5. Coordinate with customers and logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery6. Arrangement of return goods7. Self pick-up order arrangement by customer and sales team8. Assist customer on submission of Halal Certs, Credit Notes & CTCs.9. Arrangement of samples delivery (Delivery Order) to customers10. Issue Purchase Request for stationery and other service related to CS department11. Create & Register New Debtor in GP System.12. Process and coordinate Invoice/Do management for customers13.
