Data Analyst (Production)

Monitor production performance, analyzing key metrics such as output, efficiency, and quality.- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.- Allocate resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource utilization.- Coordinate with the Production team to provide the justification and recovery plan for any backlog.- Control production costs and expenses within the allocated budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce wastage and enhance profitability.- Continuously evaluate production processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation. Implement lean manufacturing principles and technological advancements to improve productivity.- Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, progress against targets, and recommended actions for improvement.**Requirement**- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, engineering, or industrial management is preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications in production management or business administration are advantageous.- Strong analytical skills to interpret production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
