We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of DCI & Gold Product Assistant Manager. Principal Responsibilities: Assist product manager in managing and growing the business of FX related products such as Dual Currency Investment (DCI), Gold Account, Cash FX and International Payments products. Collaborate with Marketing & Data Analytic team in FX related products marketing initiatives which include campaign proposal, performance tracking & monitoring and leads management. Analyse the market environment, identify and recommend new initiatives to grow and/or counter competitors offers that may impact our market share. Manage and monitor the implementation of BNM Foreign Exchange Policy processes to ensure the Bank is in compliance with it. Assist product manager in charting, planning and formulating products and customer propositions with the objective of meeting the needs of retail customers and positioning HSBC Bank as the preferred FX bank. Participate in FX related products' projects for platform and process improvement. Requirements Minimum a bachelor degree in Finance/Business/Marketing or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in financial institutions or related field. Experience in FX related products will be preferred. Knowledge of regional practices and standards would be an asset and broad experience and understanding of the markets will be preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to write persuasively and converse fluently in English. Proven track record of business results with strong commercial focus and rigor in implementation. Analytical with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation needed will be prioritised.
