To develop, coordinate. review and implement family takaful plans according to business requirementsDetailed write-up of Product Specification, Certificate document, Product Illustrations, Marketing Brochure & others relevant documents for internal approval (i.e. Product Implementation Committee and Product Steering Committee.To coordinate with other relevant divisions on the deployment of product to go Live once Management provide the sign off2. To prepare / review submission papers for product approvalsPreparing / Reviewing of relevant documents for submission to Board of Directors, Shariah Committee (SC), Prudential Corporation Asia (PCA) and Bank Negara MalaysiaLiaise with Partnership Distribution and Banca partners who distribute the products on relevant approval process and documentation3. To ensure all implementation tasks complete within project timelineTo help / lead conduct UAT for Cert Document, Sales Illustration System and SI Regent Development for all new and enhanced products developmentTo liaise / coordinate with functional development teams across PIC teams comprising Ops, IT, Partnership Distribution, Compliance, Marketing etc on implementation of productsTo assist / lead on the marketing collaterals development i.e. Sales Proposition, Sales Pitch etc4. To support implementation of any statutory and regulatory requirements from Central Bank of Malaysia (BNM) and Regional Office (PCA)Coordination of compliance to all regulated areas of product development, sales materials, illustrations, etc.Effective communication of compliance issues / actions required to all affected parties.To implement the regulatory requirements as and when is relevant to product documents and processes5. To support the team in managing phase 2 or Post Product Implementation follow up itemsTo liaise with Operations and IT teams on the enhancement of existing takaful product structure especially on the business rules relevant to products that have been launchedExperience and Qualifications :QualificationRelevant professional qualification and / or degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or other related quantitative studies.ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years working experience in executive position or similar capabilities in an insurance company within actuarial, reinsurance, or consulting environment.Technical KnowledgeTechnical knowledge in Life Insurance/Family Takaful product. Relevant knowledge in the BNM guidelines related to products is necessary. Knowledge in end to end development of products including system behavior is a must.Essential Knowledge in Shariah Application to Takaful or Islamic Finance will be advantageous
