As Demand Planner strength linkage between demand and supply to optimize end-to-end supply chain planning process by facilitates the S&OP demand planning function and work closely with Sales & Marketing, Commercial team to integrate all unconstraint demand forecast from all market segment and improve forecast accuracy.As Export Sales Manager will manage international customer relationship then create the export sales thru complete set of product offers and sales policies and develop new customers, new markets thru all viable channels including manage new investment into these marketsResponsibilities:Lead and own Demand Planning process and integrate with Supply Planning to improve overall S&OP efficiency and effectivenessWork and coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing Team to consolidate all unconstrained demand forecast from all business and market segmentsConsolidate, Validate, and carry out quality Analysis for all demand forecast to develop robust demand plan as key input to supply planning and S&OPWork with Sales and Marketing to drive and improve overall Forecast Accuracy and Demand Planning KPIDeliver export sales targets (Volume and Margin)Deliver KPIs: growth %, No of new customers, No of active customers, Services Level and Obsolete stocks.Manage O2C (from taking orders, planning and production, delivery and payment collection) for export orders.Select/develop new products and introduce it to export marketsWork out Marketing plan, Incentive to drive export volume.Manage customer relationship and satisfaction Qualification and/or experience required:A professional degree in Business Administration or any related discipline from a recognized local or overseas universityKnowledge in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning and S&OP is preferredExperience in using Forecast/Demand Planning tool and/or supply chain ERP planningKnowledge and experience in international sales, logisticsAt NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
