**Company**: Giggles And Geeks**Location**:Cyberjaya**Working Hour**: Shift**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the specific restaurant standards.- Ensure that stock is rotated and controlled within the specific section of the kitchen.- Ensure all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines are carefully adhered to.- To be responsible for completing place- To be flexible and willing to help the restaurant kitchen at busy times if required.- Must follow all the policies and food safety rules in the kitchen to ensure quality product.- Preparing the ingredients for senior chef- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately- Responsible for food labeling and stock rotation (FIFO), inform senior chef when par stock is low.- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation- Ensure to adhere to health and food safety standards.- Help to troubleshoot and solve any kitchen issues that may arise and highlight to Sous Chef**QUALIFICATIONS**:**a) Nationality**: Malaysian. Must be 45 years and below.**c) Experience**:- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.**Salary**: RM2,300.90 - RM2,500.08 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Chef: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Cyberjaya (required)Ability to Relocate:- Cyberjaya: Relocate before starting work (required)
