Demi Chef Pastry

**Main Responsibilities**:- Assist the Pastry Chef de Partie with all food preparations and during service for timing and progress of all dishes.- To be able to work under pressure and produce for large volumes- To ensure that the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards laid by the Executive Chef and the Company.- To be fully conversant with the menu and to be adaptable with continual changes to ensure that the menu is kept in line with customers.- To be creative and innovative with all pastry items and dishes.- That the correct and same ingredients are used as specified by the Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie to ensure quality is upheld at all times.- To ensure all "mise en place" is up to date, fresh and ready on time.- Attend any necessary training sessions or meetings.- Adheres to all Health, Sanitation and Food Safety Rules Regulations- To ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and report any faults to the Head Chef or Pastry Chef / Chef De Partie.- To be fully aware of the Hotel's Fire Safety Procedures and Health & Safety regulations.- Able to assist in other shifts and kitchen areas, if needed.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shift
