Design Manager - High End Residential | Commercial

Job Description Provides leadership for entire design process & assures that project needs are satisfied by effectively managing design  staff to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Oversee and coordinate renovation and fit-out projects from conception to completion. Develop innovative design concepts and solutions for interior spaces. Manage budgeting, scheduling, and quality control for all projects. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct training sessions and workshops for interior designers to improve their technical skills and design capabilities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interior design, renovation, fit-out, and kitchen cabinet design. Provide guidance, support and lead interior design team. Ad-hoc task by superior. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or  equivalent. Required skill(s): , MS Office, MS Power point, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop, AutoCAD, Sketch up, or relevant 3D software. Minimum 5 years working experience required. Have experience on leading designer teams Have experience handling both residential & commercial project Additional certifications in project management, leadership, or business administration would provide added advantage
