**URGENT HIRING!!**- SALARY UP TO : RM 4000 - RM 6000 ( BASIC + COMMISION + BONUS ACHIEVEMENT MONTHLY)_**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Managing and maintain company websites- Managing and maintaining all social media Platforms such as ads boosting, strategies, analysis and reporting.- Liaising with graphic designers and organizing photoshoots/video shoots.- Attend to customers for all sales related matter ( promotion, new product and other regarding sales- Achieving sales target company.- Attend to customers and ascertains each customer's needs.- Assist in marketing activities and to perform related works assigned.- Assist and manage online ads using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and google.- Day-to-day marketing ad campaigns monitoring, tracking, reporting, and optimizing to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are achieved while managing an ever-growing amount of campaigns.- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing- Can manage Chatbot, website/ E-commerce.**REQUIREMENT**:- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.- Passionate towards perform sale and marketing.- Additional knowledge on design skills is preferable- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities.**Willing to be based at Cyberjaya, Selangor.****Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- May you reach the sales target that has been set by the company?- If you have experience in sales, what platforms do you use in sales?- Online sales commitment is very high and under pressure. can you work under pressure?- What is your highest achievement in sales?- Do you have experience in sales?- Are you willing to relocate at Cyberjaya?**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)
