Drafter (Autocad)

**Requirements - Basic Qualifications**- Applicants must be willing to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam- Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks- Willingness & ability to meet deadlines & problem solving- Matured, responsible & reliable- Strong communication skills- Highly focus & organized- Willing to communicate in English with team members**Technical Requirements**- Strong skills in AutoCAD- Confidence in using spreadsheets- Working experiences in construction will be an advantage- Knowledge of Roof / Metal Roof, Sketch Up, Revit (3D Modelling) software, Photoshop & other relevant software will be an advantage.**Responsibilities**- Review Construction & Tender drawings;- Gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and equipment requirements;- Calculating quantity, dimensions, water catchment, weight limitations and other requirements in materials;- Handle shop drawing submission & as-built drawing;- Prepare materials & transportation order and quotation- Quantity & wastage monitoring;- Ensure final drawing work comply with contract, regulations and quality standards'.- Visit project site**Company Overview**Archi Panel is an Architectural Product Designer and Installer which specialize in Metal Roofing/Decking, Metal Cladding System.**Our Culture**:Our team embraces the collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, initiatives, innovation, self-expression and unique capabilities.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
