E-Commerce Assistant - St Rosyam Mart Shah Alam

E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT- Assist e-commerce assistant on product knowledge on daily basis.- Logistic coordination for every order on HF website & apps.- Prepare Sales Order & Sales Invoice for every order for QC to cross check before delivery.- Liase with Ruslina for payment credited by customer using bank transfer options.- Prepare orders for items below 15 SKU in less than one hour time.- Prepare order for items range between 15 SKU to 25 SKU in one hour 30 minutes time.- List items out of stock and replacement options to PIC handling the customer.- Meet delivery time as per customer request in the Sales Order.- Other duties assigned by the management based on ad hoc basis dateline.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
