E-Commerce Operations Executive

Job description

Supporting multiple eCommerce functions Accepting sales & order fulfillment Handle eCommerce site back-office Managing multiple ads campaign on FB and Google Simple accounting – weekly/monthly sales volume Assist in marketing – Schedule social media posting & basic copywriting Assist in customer service, handling returns, refunds Communicating with different departments Tracking project assists in project manager schedule Escalate eCommerce related issues to Project Manager
Improve eCommerce business processes (conversion and revenues) by collaborating with internal departments and external partners.
Coordinate other online sales and marketing programs of the company in line with management guideline and objective
Job Requirements

Proficient in spoken and written - English Have experience selling on Instagram and Facebook Experienced in FB ads and Google ads is an added advantage Have experience in managing the online shop on LAZADA / Shopee Analytical skills in compiling data and show insights. Passionate to learn. Have an eye for details. Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Sales & Marketing experience and creativity mindset
