Education Sales Consultant (Offshore)

We are a dynamic sales and marketing company specializing in adult training and funded workshops in Singapore.We are expanding our operations and seeking a talented and driven Telemarketing Sales Executive to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, effectively promoting our adult training programs.- Develop a deep understanding of our training offerings to communicate their value proposition to potential customers.- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by identifying and nurturing prospective clients.- Effectively handle objections and concerns raised by potential customers to close sales or schedule follow-up appointments.- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for potential customers.- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.**Requirements**:- No Experience required- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.- **Fluency in English is essential****Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay
