Browse our Business Development and Partnerships team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.Job Description:Developing and maintaining a close relationship with EnablersOversee assigned accounts and resolve enabler-related inquiries, issues, and escalations from various stakeholdersConstructing high-level strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growthEducating Enablers on methods to increase their traction in ShopeeWorking closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, merchandising) to support business operations of Enablers Other enabler-related roles and responsibilities that may be required from time to time to support team needsRequirements:A Bachelors degree in any field; experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage2-8 years of working experience, preferably in a role with relationship management / customer service experienceInnovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordinglyExcellent team player with strong business acumen, and a drive to always deliver on KPIsExcellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to communicate with various stakeholders
