Engineering Innovation Specialist | 15 Years Experience

Requirements:Preferably Master Degree of Civil & Environment Engineering / Structural Engineering and Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. Fluent in English with Minimum experience of 15 years.Responsibilities:- Generate concepts and develop projects in line the Product Innovation Strategy, Insight Strategy and Idealization Strategy.
- Work with the technical team to technically contribute to the development of decision making tools and models for use in the projects.
- Independently undertake data analysis and run software i.e. MITS for Civil works, MIDAS/SAFE/ETABS for structural works and Open Roads Design Select for road & Bridges alignment for the upcoming & ongoing projects.
- Make a decision on the Design Team policy & activities limited to his concerned Team.
- Conduct general periodic meeting with the Team to discuss future short / long term requirements of each project with a view to ensure that adequate resources are available / planned to enable continuation as programmed or identify any acceleration required.
- Regularly review and challenge Structural design procedures and instructions; simplify and improve them to facilitate awareness, understanding and application.

Salario: 5000.00 - 1000.00 MYR Monthly
