Job Description Company WEPS is an HRDF Training Providers and APJR is a recruitment agency (Licence C) specialized in recruitment in Malaysia for more than 10 years.
We have 100 positions to fill within the largest producers of nitrile gloves in the world. The company export its products in 39 countries and employs thousands of people to produce over 34 billion gloves per year for the world?s biggest brands.
Position
We are looking for 50 Engineering Supervisors to be based in Sepang and Bestari Jaya (Selangor), in the manufacturing industry.
You will play an important role in
Assisting the executive in the daily department operation
Giving all subordinates their daily tasks and check upon completion
Reporting to executive for needed spare parts
Checking with superiors about any outstanding maintenance work
Ensuring all breakdowns are attended on time
Enforcing the company rules and regulation
Providing training to his subordinates on areas that need improvement
Ensuring all safety procedure are followed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
Education background: minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Experience working as a Supervisor (min. 2 years)
Experience working in Heavy industry (min. 5 years)
Skills: welding, bearing, structural, gear box, coupling, pump
Willing to work on shift hours
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: from RM1,700 to RM2,600 based on your education level and experience
Full-time, 5 days per week
Training provided: troubleshooting, improvement and supervisory skills
