English Trainer

**ENGLISH TRAINER**1) Observe and assess teachers and identify their weaknesses in terms of teaching and learning English.2) Prepare Lesson Plan prior to teaching the teachers.3) Carry out remedial work to overcome their weaknesses.4) Carryout systematic training using group interaction activities and further enhance the teachers speaking and writing skills through role play and fun learning activities.5) Assign meaningful homework tasks that would assist in improving the overall English proficiency of the teachers.6) Give fortnightly report to the Centre Director on the overall progress of the Kindergarten teachers.7) To act on the feedback provided by the Senior Principal to improve our teachers proficiency in the English Language.8) Assist in editing the monthly newsletter, the minutes of meetings and any other correspondences.9) To check on the lesson plans done by the the teachers and assist in checking the reports done by the teachers for PTM (report card day).10) To practice reading and to improve the pronunciation.11) Classroom observation on a daily basis.12) Perform observations of the class in general, and on individual teachers specifically.13) Any other job functions as maybe directed by the management from time to time.**Requirements**:- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.- At least 3 to 5 year(s) or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Full-Time position available.- This position is to be based at the Corporate Childcare Centre located at Kuala Lumpur.If you have a love for young children, self-motivated and well-organised with a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills, an excellent working environment awaits you.Global Educare Sdn BhdNo 6, Perkarangan Tun IsmailJalan Tun Ismail50480 Kuala LumpurTel: 03-26911309(Attention to Shanthini Singam)**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)License/Certification:- B2 (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
