Estate Consultant / Advisor

**Principal Tasks**- Managing and organizing the daily operations and job specifications.- To responsible in managing and increase estate's productivity and cost efficiency- To collect data, manage / maintain and expand the existing research database- To process, analyse and model data from various sources- Undertake market surveys and analyse big data findings- To assess estate markets- To assess real estate markets- Maintain staff's needs.- Involved in organizing, purchasing and stock card of estate tools and equipment- Knowledge in Marketing- Deal with authority officer (Police, Immigration, Jab Pertanian, Jab Haiwan & Jab Perikanan, DOSH, KKM, Labour Office, etc..)- To enforce and maintain OSH at workplace- Managing employee's accommodation- To advice on maintaining and monitoring estate's machinery- To advice and in charge estate's facilities and buildings- To Monitor record keeping of diesel, chemical and fertilizer for plantation- To responsible for company property and security- To advice and manage Foreign Worker from recruitment, maintain and renewal of permit, Fomema, etc.**Requirements**:- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or equivalent- Excellent written and communication (English language) / some presentation skills- Strong numeric and analytic skills with a focus on detail- Equipped with IT skills for database management- Proficient in data visualization tools- At least 5 years' working experience in jungle cleaning, rubber planting & other related field works.- Proficient in GPS tools- Able to keep daily record, prepare monthly contract & check all payment- Must able to arrange & supervise daily estate operation- Must be willing to relocate and travelExpected Start Date: 04/01/2024
