Event Executive

We are searching for a competent Event Executive to manage and organize events that will make an impact to the business. He or she will ensure events are successful and cost-effective, giving focus to budget and time constraints. Job Responsibilities: Organise event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers Approve all aspects before the day of the event Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur Job Requirements: Experience in event management and coordination. Proficient in project management Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office Excellent communication and negotiation ability Outstanding organizational skills A knack for problem-solving A team player with leadership skills Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field Job Type: Full-time
