CompanySime Darby Oils- locationMalaysia : Selangor- Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia_- Get Direction- Deadline20 Mar 2024, 12:56 AMJob Scope- To assist the Head of the China Commercial Unit in devising plans and strategies for trade activities.- To assist the Trade Execution Unit in the preparation of shipping documentation.- Good understanding of matters related to trade financing.- To assist in the preparation of Sales Contracts documents and ensure adherence to trade compliance processes according to business requirements.- To assist the Head of the China Commercial Unit in communicating with customers and negotiations to fulfill business operational needs.- To assist in appointments and meeting scheduling and handling of administrative tasks for the Head of the China Commercial Unit.- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and being able to translate is essential.- Job Requirement- Preferably a degree graduate in Business / Logistics / Marketing / International Business / Supply Chain related studies.- Preferably with 0-1 years' experience in trade finance function in banking and marketing sector or export function.- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin Language.Minimum Year of Working Experience- 1 YearMinimum Qualification- Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Grade- Second Class UpperField Of Study- Business Studies/Administration/Management
