Job DescriptionMaintain a client service orientation by managing the day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.ResponsibilitiesPlay a strong role in the delivery of projects across the entire process including the design of the questionnaire, analytical plan, and reportingWork closely with the manager to gain feedback and ensure client needs are metLiaise with the Project Management team involved to ensure smooth execution across all key stages in the project (Pre-field, in-field, and post-field)Manage fieldwork briefing & debriefing, fieldwork observation (when required), providing timely & regular updates to clientProvide client servicing on business questions and continue to build industry knowledge to gain expertiseProactive in addressing possible red flags, takes initiative in providing solutions to any issuesPrepare code frames, tabulation specs, and the right charting template and submit them to the Data Processing team/ Chartist.Conduct verbal presentations of the findings, either partial or full presentation to the clientTakes initiative in seeking resources/assistance, and makes corrections while ensuring the project is executed within the scheduled timeline and budgetParticipate in regular review/feedback of systems, procedures, and any operation concerns with the end goal of improving productivity and cost efficiencyProvide coaching & guidance to juniors in relevant project management topicsPerform other related functions that may be assignedDrive overall client satisfaction to achieve a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and a high-performing environmentQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent. A relevant degree in Business analytics, marketing, or business discipline is desirable Fresh graduate, or with six months/ one year experience in a market research agencyBackground or experience in Social Media marketing and monitoring is a plus - identifying valuable metrics, KPIs, and social media benchmarks; performance reports creation; data interpretation from social listening tools such as volume, sentiment, conversion drivers, influences, etc. Background in developing quantitative analyses, custom models, and ad hoc reports to effectively monitor performance, trends, and opportunities for key brands within social media channels Strong command of cross-tabulation tools ( SPSS) is a bonus. Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Python or R Experience in data visualization platforms like Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, etc. Data Engineering or Data Analysis experience is a bonus Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and Google Spreadsheet & Slides. Research and project management experience desired Experience in leading conference calls and dealing with clients High level of written and spoken English Additional InformationAbout NIQNIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
