Job role for this position will mainly entail supporting the project team lead in the delivery of project goals in line with the Company's objectives and mandate to institutionalize key business processes and reporting. The job role is responsible for providing research, analysis and data stewardship to lead the development of business performance management programs. In addition, this role also is to provide advice and leadership regarding tools and measurement systems to facilitate and support corporate performance improvement in order to systemize Company's strategic directions, goals, objectives, strategies and key activities for inclusion cross business chain.**Responsibilities****1.Development of Corporate Planning Process**- To develop conceptualisation and formulation of strategic initiatives across the business chain to ensure the cohesiveness of the strategies, plans and resource allocation in defining the Company's goals.- To plan, manage and coordinate group-wide long-term strategic planning and annual planning exercises.**2.Implementation of Business Planning Framework**- To perform market research and industry trends analysis as well as financial and operations analysis to assess effectiveness, strength, opportunities and risk in order to provide input and advice on the Company's strategy and growth initiatives.- To develop and coordinate key corporate planning events (Annual Business Plan, Business Challenge Seminar, Business Kick Off, Mid-Year & End Year Review) to articulate Company's strategies and showcase key initiatives and deliverables.**3.Monitoring & Reporting of Corporate Performances**- To prepare and interprets corporate performance metrics data from monthly, quarterly and yearly internal business report.- Identifies and recommends continuous improvement opportunities for performance analysis, benchmarking and reporting practices.**4.Business Support**- To assist in the preparation of special business analysis, business review and reports- To assist the preparation of business presentation materials for internal and external meetings / discussions and presentations.**Job Requirements****1.Qualification**- Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Policy Research / any other equivalent qualification**2.Working Experience**- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience**3.Specific Knowledge**- Market research- Business & report writing**4.Skills**- Analytical Skills- Communication- Computer proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)**5.Personal Attribute**- Integrity- Personal Drive- Teamwork**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Dental insurance- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- develop formulation strategic initiative for business chain: 1 year (required)- providing research of business performance management: 1 year (required)- Corporate Planning & Research: 1 year (required)Application Deadline: 09/15/2023Expected Start Date: 09/15/2023
