Get to know the role: The Head of Strategy plays a central role in defining and executing our organization's strategic vision. This leadership position entails strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and assisting senior executives in developing and implementing business strategies. The role necessitates exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to translate strategy into actionable plans. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic planning efforts, ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional projects by defining and monitoring key milestones and budgets. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to influence the company's direction by formulating and driving business strategies. Offer data-driven insights and practical guidance to assist cross-functional teams in resolving challenges. Develop short-term and long-term performance objectives, aligning them with strategic goals in close cooperation with department heads. Partner with leadership to effectively communicate organizational objectives to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering comprehension and support. Conduct regular assessments and updates of the corporate strategy to maintain alignment with management expectations, industry trends, and evolving requirements Requirements 4 - 8 years of experience at top tier strategy, management consultancy, or investment banking firm Strong academic track record Strong background in strategic thinking, analytics & demonstrated ability to problem solve Experience with hands-on engagement, strong interpersonal / influencing skills Convincing executive presence, solid spoken and written communication skills including executive level communication / slides Able to work independently and in teams At least 6-8 years of working experience.
