Get to know the role: The Senior Executive, Strategy, will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our corporate strategy. This position involves working closely with the Strategy team and senior leadership to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the strategic planning process. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business success. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Research markets and competitors deeply to spot trends, opportunities, and threats. Share insights to guide important decisions. Strategic Planning: Team up with our Strategy department and senior leaders to create, implement, and improve our long-term plan. Data Analysis: Study large datasets to find valuable information and help make data-driven choices for our strategic projects. Business Development: Help evaluate potential business chances, partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions. Give recommendations based on due diligence. Performance Tracking: Develop and follow key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how well our strategic efforts are doing. Keep senior leaders informed with regular reports. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with different teams to make sure everyone is on the same page with our strategic plan. Share our strategy and progress with both internal and external groups. Strategic Projects: Lead or join special projects assigned by the VP of Strategy to advance our strategic goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in a strategy or analytical role, preferably in a corporate setting.
