**Job Description**:**Get to know our Team**:- The Strategy & Projects (S&P) team works with stakeholders across all business functions in Grab to drive continuous improvements and roll out special projects. The team is responsible to generate business insights and propose data-driven strategic initiatives to grow the business across both Transport and Deliveries.**Get to know the Role**:**1. It is crucial to project manage many workstreams and link different stakeholders in a structured and organized manner.- You will build a scalable product rollout process that ensures operational readiness to achieve business goals and velocity needs.**The day-to-day activities**:**1. Execute Product Rollouts**:- Develop the country product rollout calendar as a list of priority features by country based on the overall roadmap.- Project manage successful and timely implementation of end-to-end country product rollout plans.- Provide training support and product configuration guidance.**2. Generate Insight**:- Surface and advocate key insights from the business to inform quarterly product prioritisation.**3. Build Consensus**:- Ensure alignment across local business stakeholders and regional tech families on key objectives for key product initiatives.- Serve as a primary point of contact for product-related questions for country rollouts.- Lead a community of strategic leaders to encourage meaningful customer-centric business impact.**The must haves**:- 2+ years experience in a strategy/operations/customer- facing/product management role- Experience at a tech software company- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, business, finance, economics or related fields- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Strong analytical, data-driven, organizational, and creative problem solving skills- Strong business acumen, customer focused, team and results-oriented- An owner's mindset - you don't shy away from the hard stuff. A healthy blend of strategic thinking capabilities with an innate "dream big, start small" mindset and a keen eye for detail.- Highly comfortable and adaptable in a semi-structured environment and organisation that changes frequently- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly command trust and respect from executives and partners.- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
