We simply believe 'Your Career Our Journey'.**_Purpose - _**We empower our people to make a positive difference in our organisation ~ for themselves.**_Recognition - _**We have a strong local presence under the network of a growing global BDO organisation and a credible brand.**Key Responsibilities**- Setting up and installing new computers, networks, office equipment and software- Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network with MS Active Directory experience- Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults- Maintaining inventories of hardware and software- Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss- Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference- May required to work on offday/after office hours when performing IT upgrade**Education and professional skills/knowledge****Experience & Education**- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent- 1 to 2 years of working experience in IT support, fresh IT graduate with interest in IT Technical are highly encourage to apply**Other skills**- Must have a resourceful mindset- Hardworking and sense of ownership- Willing to learn at fast pace- Good trouble-shooting skill- Must have good 'customer service' attitude- Team player with taking initiative mindset Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English
