Company: The Italian Baker Sdn BhdLocation: Pulau Indah, Selangor**Job Summary**To assist Production Manager to supervises & guide the warehouse staff and support & follow up operation issue.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible to supervise, guide, motivate and train the warehouse staff to carry out daily warehouse activities.- Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.- Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.- Closely monitor all raw materials deliveries and requisition for production.- To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system through computerized administration and retrieval systems.- To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse materials identification.- Responsible in food safety management system to ensure implementation and compliance with quality practice with the FSSC 22000 requirement.- Ensure the stock control systems up to date and inventories accuracy.- Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse / receiving and distribution good area at all times.**Education and Qualification**- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or any other related field.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse / logistics industries / material management.**Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge**- Strong management skills and able to efficiently organize the team.- Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.- Good problem-solving skills.- Must be able to motivate the team and encourage strong teamwork.- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.- Good verbal and written English communication skills.- Computer literate & professional work ethics.
