Executive, Sales Administration (Bis)

Ensure all sales orders are precise and approved on a timely basis. Tabulate monthly commission & incentive for all BIS sales staff. Ensure the payout is accurate and on time; Compile monthly report for analysis/internal meetings (objective performance, cash sales monitoring, etc); Prepare contracts/machines listing for Finance and Contract Team; Assist in other areas under Sales Admin Department as and when required Requirements Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a related discipline Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel); Skilled in MS Office Suite Hands (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Good in mathematics and calculation; Strong organizational skills, able to stay focus and pay attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines; Tactful and courteous demeanor with excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders; Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients; Good team player with a good sense of urgency; Willing to work extra hours (if applicable); Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
