Job description: Arrange, track, monitor shipments are delivered to Zalora Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) within the expected timeline. Review and ensures all shipping documents provided by suppliers are in order (ie. invoices, and packing list, AWB, BL). Maintain good working relationship with various freight forwarders. Interact with suppliers & internal departments to ensure timely delivery of stocks to Zalora RDC, Ensure complete files and documents for each shipments are properly stored both electronically and physically. Carry out detailed checks and verification on all invoices received from Zalora's various appointed freight forwarder in order to ensure payments to service providers are completed. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics or other Quantitative degrees. 1-3 years working experience in a process improvement or project management role within manufacturing or logistics companies, ecommerce/internet startups, or consulting firms. Advanced Excel skills, SQL and/or other Business Intelligence packages (e.g. Tableau).
