External Contract Management (ECM) - Senior Operation Consultant
Job Description
Position Summary
The roleis accountable for driving supply chain excellence in alignment with both global and regional enterprise initiatives. This role will ensure suppliers meet expectations in compliance (social, regulatory and quality), customer service, and total delivered cost savings. This role will manage the regional category team in APAC.
Customers and collaborative partners
This role will primarily interact with external contract manufacturer partners with support from internalcross-functional teams (quality, regulatory, R&D, planning, marketing and procurement).

Responsibilities
Responsible for end to end ECM compliance: Social, Regulatory, Quality, Safety and Service.
Drive control and identify improvement opportunities with suppliers including ECS and Operation Excellence deployment.
Drive resolution and deliver effective stakeholder management to mitigate supply disruptions aligned with situational roles & responsibilities standards.
Collaborate with the Social Responsibility and Regulatory teams to develop and execute annual supplier audit plans and drive timely & effective corrective actions with suppliers
Lead engagements with suppliers to identify and activate manufacturing reliability improvement programs focused on speed, waste, and delay.
Collaborate with R&E to identify Design for Value and Design for Reliability opportunities within products, packages, and processes.
Collaborate with Supply Planning to proactively identify capacity requirements over the strategic horizon and develop network plans that balance the network footprint.
Qualifications and Experien
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management,or equivalent experience 10 years relevant experience in Product or Design Engineering in the Glove medical device
10+ years combined experience within supply chain operational functions (i.e., manufacturing, logistics, engineering, planning, or procurement/sourcing)
Lean 6-sigma working knowledge with validated projects demonstrating competency
Capable of traveling unsupervised regionally up to 50%
Demonstrated experience working with global cross functional stakeholders to identify and synchronize on action plans
Demonstratedstrong supplier management skill in compliance, commercial & operation.
Ability and willingness to host and participate in teleconference in off hours to support business needs.
Demonstrated Strong Team Management Experience
Direct manufacturing experience in glove manufacturing industry
Certified lean six sigma black belt
Direct work in managing CE and FDA regulated products.
