To assist in manage and control of production job flow planning, coordinate & supervise production operations to meet schedule/delivery.2. Managing quality assurance, to ensure the product quality up to the standard required.3. Responsible for manpower preparation by providing sufficient training.4. Supervise daily operations and able to provide solutions and make decisions.5. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.6. Reviewing and monitoring production performance.7. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements at the factory area.8. Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the superior or management.9.
