Production Executive

1. Assist Production Manager in terms of line function in charge of all production matters and responsible to implement all procedures. Report to the Head of Production with regard to line function responsibilities.2. Assist in the overall in-charge and supervise all production program and to ensure cleanliness of premise and proper maintenance of machines.3. Assists in the supervision of operating production staff and evaluation of staff performance.4. Co-ordinate with Production Manager & QAQC Manager on quality performance of product and to report on all irregularities from product specifications.5. To be available to troubleshoot problems that may contribute to down time.6. To assist in minimizing downtime with immediate report of machine irregularities within 30 minutes of such detection. Downtime of more than 1 hour should be reported to Factory Manager for decision.7. To assist cleaning and maintenance program.8. To conduct line process briefing in the morning under the supervision of Production Manager.9. To report staff leaving the working stations and report to Production Manager/ Office.10. Any other job function required and instructed by Production Manager.11. To ensure that the supervisor collects the daily BMR from the office, to finalize BMR and to give report for endorsement.12. Assist in monitor output against plan through put and report irregularities to Factory Manager.13. Assist in production planning.14. Conduct GMP and HACCP training.15. Review, analyze, propose & execute any findings from data analytics platform in order to support production operations meeting its KPI.16. Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.17. Manage, lead the production subordinates in meeting the KPI team of workers.18.
