F & B Manager

Job Requirements:-
Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management

5 years experience in food and beverages industries or other related experiences

Good interpersonal & communication skills

Experienced in F&B cost management

To instill new ideas and concept of F&B

Consult, manage and sustain F&B best practices

Able to work independently

Able to work on shift

Job Responsibilities:-
Evaluate and ensure F&B team competency including cafeteria operators in respective work areas through work assessment, monthly or at other appropriate frequency

Initiate, lead and promote continual improvement, to subordinates, work area, system procedure and process

Approachable and with necessary tools and communications towards achievement of company objectives on Quality, Cost and Delivery

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations and serving to the highest standards

Preserve excellent levels of customer service to CTRM employee and other stakeholder.

Design exceptional menu, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements

Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

Monitor and maintain cafeteria hygiene and 5S

Manage F&B related to company’s event

Promote cafeteria activities on CTRM employee via various communication medium

Improve and maintain food quality, taste and presentation
