REQUIREMENTS - Possess at least a diploma and privilege given to those who have the qualification in the related fields. - Working experience in similar job scope will be added advantage. - Good interpersonal / communication skills with a range of stakeholders. - Good planning skills and time management. - Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. - Reporting to Facility Manager. JOB DESCRIPTION - Coordinate and oversee premises-related tasks such as maintenance, cleaning, air conditioning, and more. - Engage and manage service providers for planned and responsive maintenance, office refurbishment, redecoration, office moves, and providing necessary furniture and equipment. - Handle security responsibilities, including managing alarms, access control systems, and CCTV. - Efficiently address inquiries and complaints about premises or hostels, utilizing strong communication and problems-solving abilities. - Conduct daily inspections to ensure premises and hostels are well-maintained, noting any issues and coordinating their resolution. - Maintain accurate records of premises, hostels, and equipment, making recommendations for upkeep as needed. - Purchasing and ordering supplies, including kitchen necessities. - Monitor energy usage and implement measures to improve energy efficiency. - Assist in planning and executing emergency response procedures, including evacuation plans and drills. - Work outside regular hours might be needed.IPK College is a multiple international award-winning college which operate under ISO compliant. environment.
