As part of the sales team, this is a customer focused role, working with customers to achieve customer success through the use of Jytek products and services. As a Field Sales Engineer you will be responsible for accelerating revenue within a defined territory through working with a variety of customers across many applications and industries. Applying both strong technical and business acumen skills, FSE’s will need to work collaboratively with the Jyek sales & support teams and our customers to understand and help uncover needs in areas where Jytek can help impact customer business issues and create value. By owning, managing and developing customer accounts as well as working closely with the wider Jyek Sales organization to manage and win opportunities in order to accelerate the growth of territory revenue and achieve quota.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure Customer Success by Providing High Quality Sales Support
• Increase Customer Proficiency by delivering Seminars & Workshops
• Deliver Technical Presentations at Marketing and Sales Events to unfold the efficacy of Jytek’s Systems and Applications.
• Conduct demos for marketing events and sales needs.
• Conduct sales visits & follow-ups on customer’s requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Physics, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering
• Work experience: 2-4 years (sales experience preferred but not compulsory)
• Strong technical skills
• Self-motivated & able to plan & execute sales plans effectively
• Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Team player and willingness to collaborate with other departments
• Knowledge in Data Acquisition, Industrial Automation & Test & Measurement
