Weu2019re looking for a Product Manager to join us on our journey. What you'll do:
You will work together with a highly skilled and enthusiastic cross-functional product team, and with other Product, Engineering & Design Managers, to create and evolve the next generation application for smart IoT Wellbeing appliances like air purifiers & robotic vacuum cleaners. In detail, you will: Define, own, and communicate product strategy, roadmap and OKRs, that align with business objectives and customer needs. Create real world impact in accordance with company strategic goals. Understand markets dynamics, competition, industry trends, and user needs in depth. Translate user insights into actionable product requirements, and together with the team, prepare user stories and their acceptance criteria. Set appropriate expectations towards stakeholders, and ensure the team has the right level of support. Prioritize the product backlog, supported by analytics, user feedback, competitive research, and insights. Monitor and improve the progress of the product and of the team. Evangelize the product across the company, educating stakeholders and users on benefits and value. Who you are: A Product Manager with 5+ years of experience in a user-centric agile environment at scale. Have a proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to consumers, moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment. Experienced with design thinking, user-centric design methodologies, Agile frameworks and practices. Experienced in data-driven decision making, using analytics and customer feedback to drive product improvements. Hands on attitude, working closely to the team with engineering and design counterparts. You demonstrate: Collaboration - contribute to a highly collaborative environment that enables a cross functional team to flourish. Communication - effectively exchange information and ideas with confidence and respect, able to demonstrate progress, raise issues and articulate changes on a frequent basis. Empathy - can understand and acknowledge the emotions and perspectives of others during conversations. Problem-Solving - able to connect the dots between insights, strategy, and conceptual direction is outcome - as opposed to task - orientated. Adaptability & Resilience - can effectively navigate change, challenges, and setbacks while maintaining a positive and flexible approach. Proactivity - eager to learn and grow, sees challenges as opportunities, seeks and - is responsive to - feedback.
