Field Supervisor (Plantation)

JOB DESCRIPTION:- Oversees and manage team of field worker, providing guidance, direction and support.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control measure and project timelines.- Record all reports in logbook for in and out visitor and patrolling situation of farm.- Allocate necessary resources, such as equipment, materials and manpower to field teams.- Collaborate with team members and other departments to find effective solutions and ensure smooth operations.- Prepare and submit accurate reports on fields activities, progress and challenges to management.JOB REQUIREMENTS:- At lease have SPM or Diploma in Agriculture, plantation or related field.- No criminal records or drug addict.- Have Driving license D,DA or B2.
