Finance Analyst

**Short Summary**:To provide accurate and data based information on company's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. In this role, will research and analyze financial information to help company make well-informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.**Job Descriptions**:- Monthly closing of accounts for APAC, prepare journal entries, inter-co entries and reconciliations- Prepare and provide accurate and timely reports and analysis of financial position and performance to management.- Maintain an accurate and reliable set of financial accounting records, processes and other supporting records- ** Prepare, monitor and tracking the company's plan and budget**:- Liaise with internal and external auditors on GL/Reporting matters and tax agent on tax matters- Assist team lead on daily operational matters and any adhoc report requested by the management etc.- Prepare company forecast and budget report as well as cash flow forecast- ** Maintain monthly balance sheet schedule**:- Ensure statistic report, MDEC quarterly report and group monthly report accurately submitted on time.- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function**Job Requirements**:- Preferable partial or full Professional Qualification: ACCA, CPA, CIMA- Minimum** 5 to 6 years working experience** in related field- Performance task assign and reports accurately and on timely manner- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English.- Proficient in excel spread sheets is preferable (eg. sum if, pivot table etc)- ** Experience in month end closing, forecasting and budgeting process**:- Outstanding reporting and communication skills- Good presentation skills- Excellent time management and organizational ability- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
