Finance Assistant/Executive

**Job Descriptions**:- Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards and local statutory requirements.- Laison with external and internal parties such as auditors, vendors, internal staffs and HQ counter parts on multiple inquiries pertaining on financial matters particular payments and related expenses payments & ects. Hands on staffs will be add advantages.- Ensure all suppliers' invoices are matched with GRN, PO, recorded and updated into accounting system on a timely manner.- Prepare the payment for overseas vendors, overdue AP accounts and to ensure payments are paid as per agreed credit term specified in PO.- Experience on bank modules will be advantage, such as : bank reconciliations and banking transactions and adv payment.- Prepare the monthly vendor reconciliation and closely follow up and solve the problematic invoices.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in Taxation and Basic Accounting.- Excellent interpersonal skill to communicate in **English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin** with people at all levels and written communication skillsPlease Visit our:Facebook : Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?
